By creating an account or using SundayPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What SundayPro Provides
SundayPro is a sermon-to-slides tool that helps churches and ministry teams create presentation decks from sermon notes. We are currently in beta, which means features may change and occasional downtime may occur.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

• One account per user unless you are on a team plan

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SundayPro only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to create content that is harmful, illegal, or misleading

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Your Content
You own your sermon notes and presentation content. By using SundayPro, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of anything you create.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe

• The 14-day free trial applies to monthly plans — no credit card required to start

• Beta pricing is locked in for users who remain on their current plan

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

7. Beta Disclaimer
SundayPro is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or service interruptions during the beta period. We strongly recommend exporting your presentations regularly.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability
SundayPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of SundayPro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
